Target Homes & Apartment Programs

Target Homes:
Our seven Carroll County homes provide a supportive environment where three adults share a home with dedicated, live-in Community Living Managers—ensuring 24/7 care and oversight.

Apartment Program:
In Rockville, MD, our Apartment Program offers a private, independent living option with on-site supervision and assistance. Most residents are active in the community, benefiting from help with transportation, medical coordination, and daily living skills.
