Our Programs
Target–McDaniel Graduate Program
Our innovative partnership with McDaniel College offers a two-year, 30-credit Master’s Degree in Human Services Management. Graduate students live and work as Community Living Managers in our Target Homes or Apartment Program, gaining hands-on experience while earning a degree. The program includes free tuition, a stipend, room and board, and healthcare benefits.
Personal Supports Program
Our Personal Supports Program offers flexible, drop-in services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities who live at home or with family. Funded through the Maryland Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and available for private pay, these services focus on developing community independence and social skills through one-on-one and small group activities.
LEARN MOREPost-Secondary Programs
In partnership with Carroll County Public Schools, our Transition Connections Academy—including the TOPS Program and Summer Youth Employment (SYE) Program—helps young adults with disabilities build residential living skills, prepare for employment, and gain independence.
