  • Elizabeth A. Wack Meaningful Day Services Endowment
  • Laurence J. Adams Endowment at McDaniel College
  • Target/McDaniel College Scholarship Fund
  • Target Operating Endowment
  • Funds held at Carroll Community College may also support designated scholarships like the Thomas J. Zirpoli Endowment for Certified Nursing Assistant scholarships or the Milton “Mike” Harris Endowment for Registered Behavior Tech scholarships.

Target Community began in 1983 with five courageous participants. Through service to others, a transformational community grew. In honor of our founding, the Circle of Five Society recognizes those original participants and the families whose vision built the foundation we stand on today.

Membership in the Circle of Five Society is extended to those who include Target Community in their estate plans—ensuring that their commitment to empowerment and inclusion continues for generations to come.

If you choose to include Target Community in your will or estate plans, we encourage you to let us know. All information will be kept in the strictest confidence.
